【摘要】：正清華大學(xué)電子系與公安部第二研究所合作研制的“計算機筆跡鑒別系統(tǒng)”已通過公安部組織的技術(shù)鑒定。該系統(tǒng)首次實現(xiàn)了利用計算機進行自動化的筆跡鑒別,可以準(zhǔn)確、高效地判斷檢材和樣本是否是同一個人書寫的。所謂筆跡,是指通過書寫活動形成的具有個人特點的文字符號的形象系統(tǒng)(例如書寫的文字和簽名),是個人書寫習(xí)慣的外在表現(xiàn)。筆跡鑒別鑒別則是通過檢材和樣本兩部分筆跡之間的比較鑒別,確定其是否為同一人書寫的。筆跡鑒別往往是認(rèn)定違法犯罪嫌疑人的直接依據(jù),或可作為定案的重要證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The computer handwriting Identification system, developed by the Electronics Department of Tsinghua University and the second Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security, has passed the technical appraisal organized by the Ministry of Public Security.The system realizes automatic handwriting identification by computer for the first time, which can accurately and efficiently judge whether the material and sample are written by the same person.The so-called handwriting refers to the image system of characters with personal characteristics formed by writing activities (such as writing and signature), which is the external expression of personal writing habits.Handwriting identification is to determine whether the handwriting is written by the same person by comparing the handwriting between the material and the sample.Handwriting identification is often the direct basis for the identification of criminal suspects, or can be used as important evidence.
