【摘要】：當(dāng)前信息化建設(shè)中的一個普遍問題是重技術(shù)、輕管理 ,即在信息化建設(shè)的具體操作上以技術(shù)設(shè)備的配置為主 ,忽視了以管理理論、管理思想特別是管理方案的創(chuàng)新研究為支撐點(diǎn)。警察管理體制研究的新方向 ,包括新模式下的公安組織結(jié)構(gòu)、警察人事管理、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的電子警務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)置等。為提高公安行政效率 ,迎接電子警務(wù)時代的到來 ,對“電子警務(wù)”下的警察行政管理體制的研究是一種必要和創(chuàng)新 ,是警察管理學(xué)科研究的新領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:At present, a general problem in the construction of information technology is to emphasize technology rather than management, that is to say, in the specific operation of information construction, the allocation of technical equipment is the main thing, but the theory of management is ignored.The management thought especially the innovation research of the management plan is the support point.The new research direction of police management system includes the public security organization structure under the new mode, the police personnel management, the standard electronic policing business flow setting and so on.In order to improve the administrative efficiency of public security and welcome the arrival of the era of electronic policing, it is necessary and innovative to study the police administrative management system under the "electronic policing", which is a new field of research on the subject of police management.
