【摘要】：正 不久前,北航幼兒因會計周某因侵吞單位公款12萬余元,構成貪污罪,被海淀法院一審判處有期徒刑10年6個月。就此,"中國會計視野網(wǎng)站"進行了一項小調(diào)查,該調(diào)查的階段性結果是.認為法院的量刑"重"的占76%;認為"制度不完善有錯,量刑應考慮予以減輕"的占33%;認為應該追究單位的制度漏洞之錯的占73%�？磥�,相當數(shù)量的人們認為法院時本案的量刑有些重,同時,單位制度不完善問題開始進入人們的思考范圍。單位制度問題屬會計職業(yè)犯罪的外因,這里暫且不談。那么,本案的量刑真是重嗎?看過類似的會計犯罪案例,我們的心又該如何擺放?
