【摘要】：對浙江省1998-2000年刑滿釋放的青少年連續(xù)7年的追蹤調(diào)查顯示:5年內(nèi)重新犯罪率為7.2%。影響歸正青少年重新犯罪的有現(xiàn)實表現(xiàn)、安置就業(yè)、社會態(tài)度、首犯案由、回歸婚戀、家庭關(guān)系、家庭住址、戶口落實、捕前職業(yè)、家庭經(jīng)濟、刑期、首犯年齡、判前婚戀等13項因素,而性別、幫教情況和文化程度等3項因素與是否重犯無關(guān)�？刂茪w正青少年重新犯罪的基本路徑是:促進歸正青少年加入職業(yè)團體,通過職業(yè)團體對其進行社會整合。
[Abstract]:A follow-up survey of adolescents released from prison in Zhejiang Province from 1998 to 2000 shows that the recidivism rate in five years is 7.2.There are practical manifestations that affect the reoffending of juvenile rehabilitation, such as employment placement, social attitude, the cause of the first offence, the return to marriage, family relations, home address, household registration, pre-arrest occupation, family economy, prison term, age of the first offender,There were 13 factors, such as marriage and love before judgment, while sex, help and education, and education level were not related to the recidivism or not.The basic way to control juvenile redelinquency is to promote them to join professional groups and to integrate them into society.
