【摘要】：社區(qū)服務刑業(yè)已在諸多法治發(fā)達的國家里閃耀著奪目的光彩，在每個國家里獲得了非常好的刑罰效用，也得到了民眾的廣泛支持與配合。但社區(qū)服務刑在我國還算是個比較生疏的概念，它的內(nèi)容和我國的公益勞動有一定的相似性，但又絕不能兩者混為一談。本文通過對社區(qū)服務刑的概念、發(fā)展及特點的梳理，對構(gòu)建我國社區(qū)服務刑的原因、條件及當前我國社區(qū)服務存在的問題進行了分析，，最后給出了筆者的完善建議。
[Abstract]:The punishment of community service has shone brilliantly in many developed countries with the rule of law, and has obtained very good penalty effect in each country, and has also been widely supported and cooperated by the public.But the punishment of community service is still a new concept in our country. Its content is similar to the public service labor in our country, but it must not be mixed up.Through the analysis of the concept, development and characteristics of community service punishment, this paper analyzes the reasons, conditions and problems existing in the construction of community service punishment in our country, and finally gives the author's suggestions for perfection.
