【摘要】： 改革開放以來(lái),我國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的速度、深度、廣度進(jìn)一步加劇。社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型在優(yōu)化社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu),增強(qiáng)社會(huì)活力,促進(jìn)社會(huì)加速發(fā)展的同時(shí),社會(huì)控制也出現(xiàn)不同程度的弱化,大量社會(huì)問題也隨之產(chǎn)生。其中,大學(xué)生犯罪問題就是社會(huì)犯罪問題鏈上的一環(huán)。近年來(lái),專家學(xué)者對(duì)社會(huì)犯罪中的青少年犯罪研究較多,而對(duì)大學(xué)生犯罪的研究,不論在理論上還是在實(shí)踐上的研究則相對(duì)較少。大學(xué)生做為青少年的代表有其特殊的特征,其在當(dāng)前社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型中的作用也不可忽視,而在社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,大學(xué)生犯罪的危害性也越來(lái)越顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)。 我國(guó)高等教育體制的改革,大學(xué)教育已經(jīng)由精英型教育轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榇蟊娦徒逃?這對(duì)提高國(guó)民整體素質(zhì)起到了積極的作用。但同時(shí),也給高等教育帶來(lái)了很多新問題,學(xué)校辦學(xué)規(guī)模逐年擴(kuò)大,辦學(xué)層次多樣化,招生人數(shù)逐年增加,學(xué)生成分復(fù)雜,學(xué)生整體素質(zhì)呈下滑趨勢(shì)。與此緊密相關(guān)的當(dāng)前大學(xué)生犯罪率呈現(xiàn)逐年上升的趨勢(shì),為此,探索大學(xué)生犯罪的根源,提出預(yù)防對(duì)策,從根本上防范大學(xué)生犯罪,是值得我們深入研究和探討的課題。本文通過大量的調(diào)查研究,結(jié)合準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)分析,試圖以結(jié)構(gòu)功能主義為解釋工具,從當(dāng)代大學(xué)生犯罪的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),總結(jié)大學(xué)生犯罪的主要特點(diǎn),同時(shí)結(jié)合實(shí)際深入剖析了大學(xué)生犯罪的深層次的原因。 本文一共分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分為緒論,主要包括研究的背景、研究的意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究概況和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)以及研究的理論前提。文章第二部分論述了轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生犯罪的特點(diǎn),以及犯罪的類型分析,動(dòng)機(jī)分析和犯罪的主體特征;第三部分主要對(duì)失范理論進(jìn)行了解釋,用迪爾凱姆的失范理論解釋社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期影響大學(xué)生的各種價(jià)值因素。第四部分分析了社會(huì)失范與大學(xué)生犯罪的相關(guān)性,主要從轉(zhuǎn)型期社會(huì)控制的弱化對(duì)大學(xué)生犯罪的影響進(jìn)行分析探討;最后結(jié)語(yǔ)部分,筆者認(rèn)為在社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型這一大背景前提下,要預(yù)防大學(xué)生違法犯罪最根本的是要加強(qiáng)社會(huì)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the speed, depth and breadth of the social transformation in China have been further aggravated. While the social structure is optimized, the social vitality is enhanced, and the social development is accelerated, social control is weakened to varying degrees. A large number of social problems have also emerged. Among them, the problem of college students' crime is a link in the chain of social crimes. In recent years, experts and scholars have studied more juvenile delinquents in social crimes, while the research on college students' crimes. Whether in theory or in practice, there are relatively few studies. College students as the representative of teenagers have their special characteristics, their role in the current social transformation can not be ignored, and in the period of social transformation, The harmfulness of college students' crime is more and more obvious. With the reform of higher education system in China, university education has changed from elite education to popular education, which has played a positive role in improving the overall quality of the people. But at the same time, it has also brought many new problems to higher education. The scale of running a school is expanding year by year, the level of running a school is diversified, the number of students is increasing year by year, the composition of students is complex, and the overall quality of students is in a downward trend. The crime rate of college students, which is closely related to this, is rising year by year. Exploring the root cause of college students' crime, putting forward the preventive countermeasures, and preventing the university students' crime fundamentally, are worthy of our in-depth research and discussion. This paper, through a large number of investigation and research, combined with the accurate data analysis, This paper tries to use structural functionalism as an explanation tool, starting from the present situation of college students' crimes, summarizes the main characteristics of college students' crimes, and analyzes the deep-seated causes of college students' crimes. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly including the background of the study, the significance of the study, The second part of the article discusses the characteristics of college students' crime in the transition period, as well as the analysis of the types of crime, the analysis of motive and the main features of the crime. The third part mainly explains the theory of anomie, explains the various value factors that affect college students in the period of social transformation by Dilkheim's theory of anomie. The fourth part analyzes the correlation between social anomie and college students' crime. Mainly from the transformation of the weakening of social control on the impact of college students' crime analysis; finally, the conclusion part, the author believes that in the context of social transformation, In order to prevent college students from committing crimes against the law, it is essential to strengthen the healthy development of social ecosystem.
