【摘要】：隨著查辦職務(wù)犯罪大案要案的不斷深入,職務(wù)犯罪行為人及其利害關(guān)系人在各種心理的支配下,頻頻實(shí)施各種反偵查行為,嚴(yán)重干擾了此類(lèi)案件的查處,浪費(fèi)了大量的司法資源。本文從理論和實(shí)踐的需要出發(fā),提出了職務(wù)犯罪反偵查行為的概念、特征,分析了其心理成因。認(rèn)真研究了職務(wù)犯罪在不同階段的表現(xiàn),提出了在不同階段破解和遏制職務(wù)犯罪反偵查行為的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the investigation and handling of major and important cases of job-related crimes, the perpetrators of job-related crimes and their stakeholders frequently carry out various counter-investigation acts under the control of various psychology, which seriously interferes with the investigation and handling of such cases. This paper puts forward the concept and characteristics of duty crime anti-investigation behavior, analyzes its psychological causes, and studies the performance of duty crime in different stages. The countermeasures of cracking and curbing the anti-investigation behavior of duty crime in different stages are put forward.
