【摘要】：警察體育課程是公安教育的重要組成部分，隨著高校素質(zhì)教育改革和社會(huì)對(duì)公安工作的需求，，警察體育課程改革是必然趨勢(shì)。本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法、專家訪談法，對(duì)現(xiàn)階段公安院校警察體育課程和教師、學(xué)員對(duì)柔術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的認(rèn)識(shí)做初步調(diào)查。研究結(jié)果如下： 公安院校學(xué)員對(duì)柔術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)興趣較高，并且有良好身體素質(zhì)和格斗技能基礎(chǔ)；公安院校教師年富力強(qiáng)、學(xué)歷水平高、職稱結(jié)構(gòu)合理、格斗與柔術(shù)專業(yè)技能強(qiáng)；公安院校武術(shù)場(chǎng)館設(shè)施齊全；公安院校開設(shè)柔術(shù)課程具有明顯的軟、硬件以及尚武氛圍優(yōu)勢(shì)，這些均有利于柔術(shù)課程在公安院校中普及。 客觀的對(duì)現(xiàn)階段警察體育課程中的擒拿格斗課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容與效果進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)階段警察體育課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容忽視徒手對(duì)抗與徒手控制教學(xué)內(nèi)容，實(shí)戰(zhàn)效果不好，沒達(dá)到公安部貼近實(shí)戰(zhàn)的要求。柔術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)在于充分利用杠桿原理，而非與對(duì)手抗力、比力。柔術(shù)練習(xí)者會(huì)選擇使用技術(shù)，讓對(duì)手屈服或耗盡其體力，最終將其制服。柔術(shù)既能有效的保護(hù)自身安全，又能夠有效制服對(duì)方。柔術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)補(bǔ)充了擒拿格斗課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容，為公安警察體育課程改革提供了依據(jù)。 柔術(shù)課程的開設(shè)是素質(zhì)教育和警察體育教學(xué)目標(biāo)的要求。且在公安院校開設(shè)柔術(shù)課程的制約因素小，能夠通過努力消除制約因素。公安院校開設(shè)柔術(shù)課程是有必要并且可行的。
[Abstract]:Police physical education curriculum is an important part of public security education. With the reform of quality education in colleges and universities and the demand of society for public security work, the reform of police physical education curriculum is an inevitable trend. Mathematical statistics, logic analysis, expert interviews, the present police physical education curriculum in public security colleges and universities, teachers, students on the understanding of judo. The results are as follows:. The cadets in public security colleges have a high interest in judo learning and have good physical quality and fighting skills, and teachers in public security colleges are strong in age, high educational level, reasonable professional title structure, strong professional skills in fighting and judo. The martial arts facilities of public security colleges and universities are complete, and the establishment of judo courses in public security colleges has obvious advantages of soft, hardware and martial atmosphere, which are beneficial to the popularization of judo courses in public security colleges and universities. Through an objective investigation and analysis of the teaching contents and effects of arrest and combat in the present police physical education curriculum, it is found that the content of the present police physical education course neglects the teaching content of unarmed confrontation and unarmed control, and the actual combat effect is not good. Not up to the requirements of the Ministry of Public Security to be close to actual combat. Judo is characterized by making full use of the principle of leverage rather than the resistance of the opponent. Judo practitioners will choose to use techniques to make their opponents succumb or exhaust their physical strength. Eventually, it can effectively protect its own safety, but also can effectively subdue the other side. The contortion sport complements the teaching content of capture and combat course, which provides the basis for the reform of police physical education curriculum. The establishment of judo course is the requirement of quality education and police physical education. It is necessary and feasible to offer judo courses in public security colleges.
