【摘要】：警務(wù)戰(zhàn)略分析是警務(wù)戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)的首要環(huán)節(jié),具有綜合性、關(guān)聯(lián)性、動態(tài)性和預(yù)測性特 點。警務(wù)戰(zhàn)略分析包括環(huán)境分析和資源分析兩個方面。警務(wù)戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析需要在分析政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán) 境、科技環(huán)境、社會文化環(huán)境、社會治安環(huán)境等因素的基礎(chǔ)上,考量不同因素對警務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的影響。分析警 務(wù)戰(zhàn)略資源需要圍繞警務(wù)戰(zhàn)略資源的強(qiáng)勢、弱勢和警務(wù)活動面臨的機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn)這條主線展開。
[Abstract]:The analysis of policing strategy is the most important link in the guidance of policing strategy, which is comprehensive and relevant. Police strategic analysis includes two aspects: environmental analysis and resource analysis. The police strategic environment analysis needs to analyze the political environment, the economic environment, the scientific and technological environment, the social and cultural environment, On the basis of factors such as social security environment and other factors, considering the influence of different factors on policing strategy, this paper analyzes the strategic resources of police affairs need to focus on the strength, weakness and opportunities and challenges of police activities.
