【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái)，邪教犯罪日益猖獗，，已成為一種嚴(yán)重的國(guó)際犯罪行為，其給社會(huì)、給公民的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全帶來(lái)了巨大的危害。本文分析了邪教的概念、邪教與宗教的關(guān)系，邪教犯罪的概念、構(gòu)成要件、特征和手段。詳細(xì)闡述了世界各國(guó)懲治邪教犯罪的立法對(duì)策，提出了幾點(diǎn)完善我國(guó)邪教犯罪的刑事立法建議，并對(duì)我國(guó)預(yù)防邪教犯罪的對(duì)策做了初步的探討。對(duì)邪教犯罪問題的研究，將是實(shí)施依法治國(guó)、建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家過程中的一個(gè)十分重要的課題。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, cult crime has become increasingly rampant and has become a serious international criminal act, which has brought great harm to society and to the safety of citizens' lives and property. This paper analyzes the concept of cult, the relationship between cult and religion, The concept, constitutive elements, characteristics and means of the crime of cults. This paper expounds in detail the legislative countermeasures of all countries in the world to punish the crime of cults, and puts forward several suggestions for perfecting the criminal legislation of the crime of cults in our country. The study on the crime of cults will be a very important subject in the process of administering the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law.
