原發(fā)性腦干損傷神經(jīng)元凋亡及caspase3的表達(dá)

【摘要】:目的觀察原發(fā)性腦干損傷(PBSI)致死者腦干神經(jīng)元凋亡及caspase3的表達(dá)情況,探討其法醫(yī)學(xué)意義。方法選擇法醫(yī)學(xué)檢案中30例確定為原發(fā)性腦干損傷致死者腦干,按傷后不同存活時(shí)間(t≤5min、5mint≤15min、15mint≤1h、1ht≤24h)分為4組,以5例非腦干損傷死亡者腦干為對(duì)照組;分別運(yùn)用常規(guī)HE、免疫組化和TUNEL染色檢測(cè)中腦、橋腦及延腦重要核團(tuán)內(nèi)神經(jīng)元凋亡及caspase3的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果原發(fā)性腦干損傷后15min~24h出現(xiàn)明顯神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞凋亡(23.2%~35.9%)和caspase3陽性表達(dá)(28%~54%),并呈現(xiàn)隨損傷時(shí)間進(jìn)行性增加的趨勢(shì),與對(duì)照組有顯著性差異(P0.01)。結(jié)論原發(fā)性腦干損傷早期即出現(xiàn)神經(jīng)元凋亡及caspase3表達(dá)增加,并隨損傷時(shí)間的延長呈進(jìn)行性增加,可據(jù)此輔助診斷原發(fā)性腦干損傷死亡。
