【摘要】：生物因素盡管不是決定性因素,但也是犯罪行為研究不能回避的因素。隨著現(xiàn)代生物科學(xué)的發(fā)展,目前國外關(guān)于犯罪行為生物因素的研究亦取得了一定的進(jìn)展,包括遺傳基因、神經(jīng)生理、生物化學(xué)等方面與犯罪性有關(guān)的研究出現(xiàn)了一些新的報(bào)告及結(jié)論,但爭議較大。其中,具有突破性進(jìn)展的有相貌特征及皮層部位和腦功能障礙等與犯罪性相關(guān)的研究。
[Abstract]:Although biological factors are not decisive factors, they are also unavoidable factors in the study of criminal behavior. With the development of modern biological science, some progress has been made in the research of biological factors of criminal behavior in foreign countries, including genetic genes. Some new reports and conclusions have emerged in neurophysiology, biochemistry and other criminal-related studies, but they are controversial. With breakthrough features and cortical and brain dysfunction and other related research related to crime.
