【摘要】：近二十年的“嚴(yán)打”整治斗爭(zhēng)取得了顯著的成績(jī) ,呈現(xiàn)出變化和不同特點(diǎn) ,但也暴露出一些問(wèn)題。新形勢(shì)下 ,如何進(jìn)一步堅(jiān)持和深化“嚴(yán)打”整治斗爭(zhēng) ,努力擔(dān)負(fù)起黨和人民賦予我們的“打擊犯罪 ,保護(hù)人民 ,維護(hù)穩(wěn)定 ,服務(wù)四化”的神圣職責(zé) ,是擺在我們面前的一個(gè)十分緊迫、十分重要的課題。筆者認(rèn)為 ,首先 ,要正確認(rèn)識(shí)“嚴(yán)打”整治斗爭(zhēng)的必要性 ;其次 ,將“嚴(yán)打”整治斗爭(zhēng)納入法治化的軌道 ,要遵循法制原則下的“嚴(yán)打”整治 ,是深化“嚴(yán)打”整治斗爭(zhēng)的重要方面。
[Abstract]:In the past two decades, the "strike hard" rectification struggle has made remarkable achievements, showing changes and different characteristics, but also exposed some problems. Under the new situation, how to further persist and deepen the "strike hard" rectification struggle, It is a very urgent and very important task before us to shoulder the sacred duty entrusted by the Party and the people to "crack down on crime, protect the people, maintain stability and serve the four modernizations." First, it is necessary to correctly understand the necessity of the "strike hard" rectification struggle; secondly, to bring the "strike hard" rectification struggle into the track of rule of law, and to follow the "strike hard" rectification under the principle of the legal system. It is an important aspect of the struggle to deepen the "strike hard" rectification.
