【摘要】：正2004年11月26日至29日,由中國(guó)人民公安大學(xué)主辦,重慶警官學(xué)院承辦的全國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)暨第二屆治安系主任論壇在重慶召開(kāi)。與會(huì)者就治安學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論、治安學(xué)理論與治安實(shí)際的關(guān)系、安全保衛(wèi)與安全管理、社會(huì)秩序控制及治安學(xué)教學(xué)改革等一系列問(wèn)題展開(kāi)了廣泛深入的研討,取得了豐碩的成果。 一、關(guān)于治安學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論研究問(wèn)題 關(guān)于治安學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論的討論是這次研討會(huì)的重點(diǎn)。 有的學(xué)者從理論研究者應(yīng)具有的責(zé)任和境界的高度提出基礎(chǔ)理論應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題。第一,理論工作者要尊重實(shí)踐、
[Abstract]:From November 26th 2004 to 29th, a national academic seminar and the second meeting of public security department directors' forum, sponsored by the people's Public Security University of China and hosted by Chongqing Police Academy, were held in Chongqing. The participants discussed the basic theory of public security. A series of issues, such as the relationship between the theory of public security and the practice of public security, security and security management, social order control and the teaching reform of public order, have been extensively discussed and fruitful results have been achieved. The discussion on the basic Theory of Public order Science is the focus of this symposium.
