職務(wù)犯罪偵查措施的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能及適用原則

The investigational measures in official Crimes are state's actions.They are both administrative and judicial in nature and important methods of legal overseeing power.Their basic aim is to realize the unity of punishing crimes and protecting human rights,their direct aim is to find out criminals quickly.Their structure includes subject,object and contents.Their functions are punishment of crimes,protection of human rights and improvement of efficiency.The applying principle are legal procedural principle,ratio principle and modesty principle.
