【摘要】： 本文針對新時期我國大學(xué)生犯罪呈上升趨勢的現(xiàn)狀，通過分析具體的實例，歸納出在我國現(xiàn)階段大學(xué)生犯罪具有涉案范圍在擴(kuò)大、具有一定的社會性和智力優(yōu)勢、性越軌及其犯罪有所增加、惡性事件明顯增加、犯罪組織形式日益復(fù)雜等特點，在此基礎(chǔ)上，分析得出我國大學(xué)生犯罪具有多種原因，既有家庭、學(xué)校和社會的因素，也有大學(xué)生自身的因素，，包括政治信仰迷惘、價值觀的裂變與道德行為的失衡、不良的個性心理品質(zhì)、變態(tài)心理、優(yōu)越感受到挑戰(zhàn)后的挫折心理、脫離現(xiàn)實的幻想心理、社會影響下的矛盾心理、良莠不分的仿效心理、對法律的無知、不能正確認(rèn)識社會消極因素等。 為了更透徹地認(rèn)識大學(xué)生犯罪的心理，以更好地預(yù)防大學(xué)生犯罪，本文從理論上分析了犯罪心理形成的一般規(guī)律、大學(xué)生的犯罪動機(jī)、犯罪目的、犯罪行為、犯罪行為發(fā)生機(jī)制模式，并運用信息加工理論，全方位地剖析了大學(xué)生犯罪心理的形成過程。同時還分析了犯罪大學(xué)生在不同犯罪階段的心理狀態(tài)、大學(xué)生犯罪過程中動機(jī)的發(fā)展變化以及大學(xué)生犯罪心理結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展變化。 本文通過對大學(xué)生犯罪特點、原因及心理的分析，認(rèn)為在我國現(xiàn)階段，對大學(xué)生犯罪的防范與教育需要國家、社會、學(xué)校、家庭及大學(xué)生本人共同努力，本文結(jié)合我國國情，從多個角度論述了預(yù)防大學(xué)生犯罪所應(yīng)采取的措施。
[Abstract]:In view of the rising trend of college students' crime in the new period, this paper, by analyzing the concrete examples, concludes that college students' crimes in our country have a certain social and intellectual advantage in the expansion of the scope involved in the case. Sexual transgressions and their crimes have increased, malignant incidents have increased obviously, and the forms of criminal organizations have become increasingly complex. On this basis, it is concluded that there are many reasons for college students' crimes in China, including family, school and social factors. There are also college students' own factors, including the confusion of political belief, the fission of values and the imbalance of moral behavior, the bad personality psychological quality, the abnormal psychology, the frustration psychology after the challenge of superiority, and the fantasy psychology of breaking away from reality. The contradictory psychology under the influence of the society, the imitating psychology of the good and the bad, the ignorance of the law, the inability to correctly understand the negative factors of the society and so on. In order to better understand the psychology of college students' crimes and prevent them from committing crimes, this paper theoretically analyzes the general law of the formation of criminal psychology, the criminal motive of college students, the purpose of crime, and the criminal behavior. This paper analyzes the forming process of the criminal psychology of college students in all directions by using the information processing theory, and also analyzes the psychological state of the criminal college students in different stages of crime. The development and change of college students' motive in the process of crime and the development of their criminal psychological structure. Based on the analysis of the characteristics, causes and psychology of college students' crimes, this paper holds that the prevention and education of college students' crimes need the joint efforts of the state, society, schools, families and college students themselves at the present stage of our country. This paper discusses the measures to be taken to prevent college students' crime from many angles.
