【摘要】：自殺性暴力犯罪已經成為影響我國社會治安的一個敏感而重大的問題。因此,應當積極探索此類犯罪的基本特征和發(fā)生規(guī)律,在事先預防上下功夫。自殺性暴力犯罪的方式以單獨作案為主,犯罪對象以不確定性為主,犯罪行為以很強的攻擊性為主,犯罪心理以變態(tài)和殘忍為主。自殺性暴力犯罪的發(fā)生都有原因和條件可尋,犯罪發(fā)生之前都有各種跡象可察,犯罪的發(fā)生都有量變到質變的過程。應加強教育引導,從思想上消除誘發(fā)自殺性暴力犯罪的因素;應加強管理控制,從條件上設置發(fā)生自殺性暴力犯罪的障礙;應加強應急處置,從后果上努力減少危害。
[Abstract]:The crime of suicide violence has become a sensitive and important problem affecting the public order of our country. Therefore, we should actively explore the basic characteristics and the law of occurrence of this kind of crime. Efforts are made to prevent in advance. The main way of committing suicide violence is to commit crimes alone, the object of the crime is mainly uncertainty, and the criminal behavior is mainly very aggressive. The criminal psychology is mainly abnormal and cruel. There are reasons and conditions for the occurrence of suicidal violence crime. There are all kinds of signs to be observed before the crime occurs, and the occurrence of the crime all has the process of quantitative change to qualitative change. It is necessary to eliminate the factors that induce suicide violence crime ideologically; to strengthen the management and control, to set up obstacles to suicide violence crime from the condition; to strengthen the emergency treatment; to reduce the harm from the consequence.
