【摘要】：實(shí)踐表明，如實(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)刑事案件，對(duì)刑偵改革有著決定性的指導(dǎo)意義。首先，刑事案件統(tǒng)計(jì)不實(shí)，既影響人們對(duì)刑偵改革的必要性和緊迫感的認(rèn)識(shí)，也影響人們對(duì)刑偵改革結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確判斷。其次，如實(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)刑事案件，，即可通過正確的數(shù)據(jù)分析改革中存在的問題和關(guān)節(jié)點(diǎn)，及時(shí)加以調(diào)整解決，促進(jìn)改革順利進(jìn)行。再次，如實(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)刑事案件與刑偵改革有機(jī)結(jié)合，有利于隊(duì)伍的科學(xué)管理。
[Abstract]:Practice shows that statistics of criminal cases according to facts are of decisive guiding significance to the reform of criminal investigation. First of all, the fact that statistics of criminal cases are not true will not only affect people's understanding of the necessity and urgency of criminal investigation reform, It also affects people's accurate judgment on the results of criminal investigation reform. Secondly, statistics of criminal cases truthfully can be carried out through correct data analysis of existing problems and key points in the reform, and timely adjustment and solution can be made to promote the smooth progress of the reform. Once again, The organic combination of statistics of criminal cases and criminal investigation reform is beneficial to the scientific management of the team.
