【摘要】：正 “三個(gè)代表”重要思想的本質(zhì)就是立黨為公、執(zhí)政為民,“三個(gè)代表”反映了我國(guó)最廣大人民的共同意愿。因此,在出入境工作中,必須首先從這一大處著眼,牢固樹立服務(wù)是第一位和全方位的理念。 1.十六大精神為公安出入境工作指明了方向。 十六大報(bào)告在《政治建設(shè)和政治體制改革》這一部分中,闡述了深化行政管理體制改革,指出了行政管理體制改革的核心是政府職能的轉(zhuǎn)變,明確了加快實(shí)現(xiàn)由“管理型政府”向“服務(wù)型政府”轉(zhuǎn)變。公安出入境管理是國(guó)家行
[Abstract]:The essence of the important thought of "three represents" is to establish the party for the public and to govern for the people. The "three represents" reflect the common will of the overwhelming majority of the people in our country. The spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has pointed out the direction for the entry and exit work of public security. In this part of the "political Construction and political system Reform", the 16th National Congress report elaborated on deepening the reform of the administrative management system. This paper points out that the core of the reform of administrative management system is the transformation of government functions, and makes it clear that speeding up the transformation from "management-oriented government" to "service-oriented government".
