【摘要】：正新形勢下,現(xiàn)代城市治安防范工作面臨許多新挑戰(zhàn)和新問題。積極探索群防群治,實(shí)現(xiàn)警民聯(lián)動,是解決這一問題的良好舉措之一。所謂群防群治,就是以警察為主力,以群眾為基礎(chǔ),統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)各方面的社會力量積極參與社會治安從而有效抑制、預(yù)防和打擊各種犯罪。它是治安管理社會化和社會治安綜合治理的具體體現(xiàn),是新形勢下實(shí)現(xiàn)社
[Abstract]:Under the new situation, modern urban public security prevention work is facing many new challenges and new problems. It is one of the good measures to solve this problem to actively explore mass prevention and control and realize the joint action between the police and the people. The so-called mass prevention and control is to take the police as the main force. It is the concrete embodiment of the socialization of public security management and the comprehensive management of public security, and is the realization of the society under the new situation, which is based on the masses, as a whole and coordinated social forces actively participate in the social security order so as to effectively restrain, prevent and crack down on all kinds of crimes.
