【摘要】：鄧小平理論關(guān)于社會主義本質(zhì)和根本任務(wù)的分析對于正確把握戶籍制度改革的方向具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義；社會主義初級階段理論對于正確認(rèn)識我國社會主義初級階段的主要矛盾，逐步解決發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力與僵化的戶口管理體制之間的矛盾這一戶籍制度改革的基本矛盾，正確處理積極推進(jìn)戶籍制度改革與保持社會穩(wěn)定的關(guān)系，，正確把握戶籍制度改革的原則具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義；建設(shè)有中國特色社會主義的一系列設(shè)想對于探討市場經(jīng)濟下的戶籍制度，戶籍管理職能的劃分，建立政策調(diào)節(jié)與法律約束相結(jié)合的戶籍管理機制等戶籍制度改革的內(nèi)容具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The analysis of Deng Xiaoping's theory on the essence and fundamental task of socialism has important guiding significance for correctly grasping the direction of the reform of household registration system. The theory of the primary stage of socialism can be used to correctly understand the principal contradiction of the primary stage of socialism in our country, and gradually resolve the contradiction between the development of productive forces and the rigid household registration management system, which is the basic contradiction of the reform of the household registration system. It is of great significance to correctly handle the relationship between actively promoting the reform of the household registration system and maintaining social stability, and correctly grasp the principles of the reform of the household registration system. A series of ideas for building socialism with Chinese characteristics for discussing the division of household registration system and household registration management functions under the market economy, It is of great significance to establish the household registration management mechanism which combines policy regulation and legal restriction.
