【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡犯罪是以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為載體的新型犯罪。與傳統(tǒng)犯罪相比,網(wǎng)絡犯罪具有波及范圍廣、侵害客體多、社會危害大、主體年齡輕、智能程度高、偵破取證難等特點。防治網(wǎng)絡犯罪是一項復雜的系統(tǒng)工程。只有綜合運用法律手段、技術手段和教育手段,才能有效地預防和遏制網(wǎng)絡犯罪的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Network crime is a new type of crime with the Internet as its carrier. Compared with the traditional crime, the network crime has a wide range of spread, many objects of infringement, great social harm, light age of the subject, and high degree of intelligence. It is a complex systematic project to prevent and cure network crime. Only by comprehensive use of legal means, technical means and educational means, can the occurrence of network crime be effectively prevented and restrained.
