【摘要】： 在實(shí)施“西部大開(kāi)發(fā)”戰(zhàn)略中出現(xiàn)的“西部地區(qū)”，，作為一個(gè)社會(huì)區(qū)域概念，表征了一種區(qū)域態(tài)勢(shì)。正因?yàn)檫@一區(qū)域特殊的經(jīng)濟(jì)文化背景，其社會(huì)與教育發(fā)展不能不具有區(qū)域特征。本文對(duì)完善西部地區(qū)具有區(qū)域性特色的公安教育培訓(xùn)體系框架中的若干基本問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究，著重從西部地區(qū)公安教育要為西部社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和公安工作服務(wù)的基本觀點(diǎn)出發(fā)，對(duì)西部地區(qū)的區(qū)域性特點(diǎn)，完善公安教育培訓(xùn)體系中存在的問(wèn)題，面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，應(yīng)遵循的原則等進(jìn)行了分析，提出了完善體系框架的基本構(gòu)想，闡述了如何在完善中實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新等問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:As a social regional concept, the "western region", which emerged in the implementation of the strategy of "developing the western region", represents a regional situation, precisely because of the special economic and cultural background of this region. Its social and educational development must have regional characteristics. This paper studies some basic problems in perfecting the framework of public security education and training system with regional characteristics in the western region. From the point of view that the public security education in the western region should serve the social and economic development of the western region and the public security work, the problems and challenges faced in perfecting the public security education and training system in the western region are put forward to the regional characteristics of the western region. This paper analyzes the principles to be followed, puts forward the basic conception of perfecting the system framework, and expounds how to realize innovation in the process of perfection.
