【摘要】：學(xué)生管理是學(xué)校管理的重要組成部分，學(xué)生管理的重要工作是要作好學(xué)生的政治思想教育工作，要作好學(xué)生的政治思想教育工作，就要研究、了解現(xiàn)階段學(xué)生的心理特點，結(jié)合學(xué)生的實際情況，了解學(xué)生的需要，運(yùn)用靈活多樣的方式方法去作學(xué)生思想工作，就需要人本理論的指導(dǎo)。以人為本管理的基本精神是從人的本性出發(fā)，以人為中心，以發(fā)展人的積極性為目的，強(qiáng)調(diào)人的主動性和創(chuàng)造性，重視人的主體地位和作用。 完成學(xué)生政治思想教育及學(xué)生管理工作需要通過一定的方式方法及手段得以實現(xiàn)，在學(xué)生管理中所采用的方式方法對學(xué)生的發(fā)展以及培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)有著非常重要的影響，它影響學(xué)生的思想行為，影響素質(zhì)教育的貫徹落實。學(xué)生管理者的管理理念以及他們所形成的教育觀、學(xué)生觀對他們在學(xué)生管理中所采用的管理方式、方法起著決定性的指導(dǎo)作用。作為學(xué)生管理者，要具有正確的教育管理理念，形成正確的教育觀、學(xué)生觀，才能采用正確的方式方法去管理學(xué)生。所以，學(xué)生管理者要樹立以人為本的管理理念。 本文引入以人為本的現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)理論，，闡明了以人為本管理的內(nèi)涵，在揭示警察學(xué)校傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)生管理方面存在的問題的同時，探討在“嚴(yán)”字當(dāng)頭的學(xué)生管理上如何處理好嚴(yán)格管理與以人為本的管理二者之間的關(guān)系，使警察學(xué)校的學(xué)生管理工作既體現(xiàn)具有現(xiàn)代管理中的以人為本的管理理念，又符合警察學(xué)校的性質(zhì)特點，這是本文重點要 研究的問題。 文章依據(jù)現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)中的人本理論，針對如何在警察學(xué)校實施以人為本的學(xué)生管理，作好警察學(xué)校學(xué)生管理工作進(jìn)行思考，并提出如下幾點思考意見：轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)管理觀念，提高學(xué)生管理隊伍素質(zhì)；貫徹以人為本的思想，重視人性化管理；尊重學(xué)生主體地位，保護(hù)學(xué)生自尊心：調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性，增強(qiáng)自我管理能力；改革課堂教學(xué)，堅持教書育人；重視校園文化建設(shè)，營造人文關(guān)懷氛圍。
[Abstract]:Student management is an important part of school management. The important work of student management is to do a good job in political and ideological education of students, and to do a good job in political and ideological education of students, we must study and understand the psychological characteristics of students at the present stage. According to the actual situation of students, understanding the needs of students, using flexible and diverse ways and methods to do ideological work for students, we need the guidance of humanism. The basic spirit of people-oriented management is to start from the human nature and take the human being as the center. In order to develop people's enthusiasm, we emphasize people's initiative and creativity, and attach importance to human's main position and function. To complete students' political and ideological education and student management, it is necessary to realize it through certain ways and means. The methods used in student management have a very important influence on the development of students and the realization of their training goals. It affects students' ideological behavior, the implementation of quality education, the management concept of students' managers, the educational concept they form, and the management methods adopted by them in student management. Methods play a decisive role in guidance. As student administrators, they must have the correct educational management concept, form the correct education concept, student view, can adopt the correct way to manage the students. Student managers should set up the management concept of people-oriented. This paper introduces the modern management theory of people-oriented, clarifies the connotation of people-oriented management, reveals the problems existing in the traditional student management of police schools, at the same time, This paper discusses how to deal with the relationship between strict management and people-oriented management in the student management of "strict" character, so as to make the student management of police school embody the management concept of "people first" in modern management. It is also in line with the nature of the police academy, which is the key point of this paper. The question of research. According to the humanism theory in modern management, this paper thinks about how to implement the people-oriented student management in the police school, and puts forward the following suggestions: to change the traditional management concept, Improve the quality of the student management team; carry out the people-oriented thought, attach importance to the humanized management; respect the student's main position, protect the student's self-esteem: arouse the students' enthusiasm, strengthen the self-management ability, reform the classroom teaching, Persist in teaching and educating people; attach importance to the construction of campus culture and create an atmosphere of humanistic care.
