【摘要】： 借用現(xiàn)象學(xué)的說(shuō)法，外來(lái)民工是城市里來(lái)自異鄉(xiāng)的新人，他們?cè)羞^(guò)屬于自己的行動(dòng)構(gòu)造和意義脈落，有過(guò)自己可理解的社會(huì)世界。而如今，面對(duì)城市生活這個(gè)“新奇”而又“陌生”的世界，他們既感驚愕，又感焦慮，既品嘗著歡欣、又經(jīng)歷著痛苦。在城市生活的體驗(yàn)中，他們有的不斷地積累著不滿和被相對(duì)剝奪的感覺(jué)，并逐漸形成一種強(qiáng)烈的反社會(huì)情緒和失范行為取向，直至犯罪，所以，對(duì)其失范行為探討，不僅具重要的理論意義，還具重要的社會(huì)政策和實(shí)踐意義。正是基于此，本文從社會(huì)學(xué)和社會(huì)心理學(xué)角度，運(yùn)用定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合方法，通過(guò)深入調(diào)查、訪談，對(duì)外來(lái)民工犯罪特征從不同角度進(jìn)行深入分析、比較，在此基礎(chǔ)上從社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型、二元社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)、管理機(jī)制三個(gè)不同角度對(duì)其犯罪成因深入剖析，最后相應(yīng)地提出對(duì)策建議，作了緊扣發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的探析，文章從理論分析到現(xiàn)實(shí)思考、從現(xiàn)狀審視到前瞻探析，多角度考察和分析主題，并將歸結(jié)定位在解決問(wèn)題、回應(yīng)挑戰(zhàn)的思路上。
[Abstract]:In phenomenological terms, migrant workers are new people from different places in the city. They once had their own structure of action and meaning, and they had their own understandable social world. In the face of the "novel" and "strange" world of urban life, they are both shocked and anxious, tasting joy and suffering. Some of them have accumulated a feeling of dissatisfaction and relative deprivation, and gradually formed a strong anti-social sentiment and behavior orientation until the crime. Therefore, it is not only of great theoretical significance to discuss their abnormal behavior. It is for this reason that this paper, from the angle of sociology and social psychology, combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, through in-depth investigation, interviews, This paper analyzes the criminal characteristics of migrant workers from different angles, compares them, and analyzes the causes of their crimes from three different angles: social transformation, dualistic social structure and management mechanism, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This paper analyzes the trend of development, from theoretical analysis to practical thinking, from current situation to prospective analysis, and from various angles to examine and analyze the theme, and puts it down to the thinking of solving problems and responding to challenges.
