【摘要】： 當(dāng)前中國(guó)的刑事犯罪形勢(shì)依然嚴(yán)峻，不但現(xiàn)有的犯罪邊打邊起，而且一些舊有的犯罪又死灰復(fù)燃，同時(shí)還出現(xiàn)了一些新的犯罪動(dòng)向，，尤其是那些突出的刑事犯罪已成為當(dāng)前我國(guó)的一大社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。本文從各種刑事犯罪中把當(dāng)前我國(guó)的十種突出刑事犯罪專門抽出來(lái)進(jìn)行研究，在學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)用理論的同時(shí)緊密結(jié)合工作實(shí)踐，簡(jiǎn)要介紹了當(dāng)前我國(guó)突出刑事犯罪的概念、類型、沿革、特點(diǎn)等相關(guān)內(nèi)容，闡述了當(dāng)前我國(guó)突出刑事犯罪的現(xiàn)狀，從宏觀上揭示了其產(chǎn)生以及發(fā)展變化的原因，提出了針對(duì)性較強(qiáng)的預(yù)防和治理對(duì)策。本文通篇堅(jiān)持了實(shí)事求是的指導(dǎo)思想和與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的探索精神，以大量活生生的現(xiàn)實(shí)案例作為其主要的研究對(duì)象，增強(qiáng)了本文的實(shí)用性，以期能為我國(guó)刑事犯罪的理論研究作出微薄的貢獻(xiàn)，能對(duì)指導(dǎo)我國(guó)預(yù)防和打擊刑事犯罪的實(shí)踐有所裨益。
[Abstract]:At present, the criminal situation in China is still grim. Not only are the existing crimes on the rise, but also some old crimes have resurfaced. At the same time, some new criminal trends have emerged. In particular, those outstanding criminal offences have become a major social hot issue in our country. While learning and applying the theory and combining the work practice closely, this paper briefly introduces the concepts, types, evolution and characteristics of the outstanding criminal crime in our country, and expounds the present situation of the outstanding criminal crime in our country. This paper reveals the causes of its emergence, development and change from a macro point of view, and puts forward some countermeasures for prevention and treatment. The whole article insists on the guiding ideology of seeking truth from facts and the spirit of advancing with the times. Taking a large number of living real cases as its main research object, it enhances the practicability of this paper, in the hope of making a modest contribution to the theoretical study of criminal crime in our country. It can be helpful to guide the practice of preventing and cracking down criminal crime in our country.
