【摘要】： 近些年來,我國高等教育事業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展,高校的辦學規(guī)模發(fā)展迅速,高校的教育模式正在由傳統(tǒng)的相對封閉的精英式教學轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)代化的開放式的教育模式。這使得高校保衛(wèi)工作面臨著一系列過去從未出現(xiàn)過的新情況、新問題,加之社會治安狀況的嚴峻形勢對高校的影響,高校內(nèi)部治安防范工作的任務比以往更加繁重。因此,要搞好新形勢下的高校內(nèi)部治安保衛(wèi)工作,就必須探索新的理論,新的方法,并用以指導高校保衛(wèi)工作的實踐文章首先對動態(tài)環(huán)境下高校治安防范機制建立的必要性和可行性進行論述,進而向讀者介紹動態(tài)環(huán)境下高校治安防范機制的概念、特點和意義,使讀者對動態(tài)環(huán)境下高校治安防范機制有了更深層次的理解和認識。在此基礎上,筆者提出了動態(tài)環(huán)境下高校治安防范機制的構成和建立。文章以理論研究入手,結(jié)合實際,深入淺出,闡述了建立動態(tài)環(huán)境下高校治安防范機制的基本觀點。 筆者提出,要適應當前高校內(nèi)部治安防范出現(xiàn)的新情況、新問題,就要建立科學完善、切實可行的動態(tài)環(huán)境下高校治安防范機制,這也是創(chuàng)建平安高校的客觀要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the cause of higher education in China has developed rapidly, and the scale of running schools in colleges and universities has developed rapidly. The educational model of colleges and universities is changing from the traditional relatively closed elitist teaching to the modern and open education mode, which makes the security work of colleges and universities face a series of new situations and problems that have never appeared before. In addition, the severe situation of social security affects colleges and universities, the task of internal security prevention is more arduous than ever. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in the work of safeguarding internal security in colleges and universities under the new situation. On the need to explore new theory, new methods, and to guide the practice of college security the article first of all on the dynamic environment of university security prevention mechanism to establish the necessity and feasibility of the discussion. Then introduce to readers the concept, characteristics and significance of the public security prevention mechanism in the dynamic environment, so that readers have a deeper understanding and understanding of the security prevention mechanism in the dynamic environment. The author puts forward the constitution and establishment of the security prevention mechanism in colleges and universities under the dynamic environment. This paper starts with the theoretical research, combines with the practice, and expounds the basic viewpoint of establishing the public security prevention mechanism in the dynamic environment. The author puts forward that in order to adapt to the new situation and new problems of internal security prevention in colleges and universities, it is necessary to establish a scientific and perfect, feasible and dynamic security prevention mechanism in colleges and universities. This is also the objective requirement of establishing a safe university.
