【摘要】： 改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，我國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的速度、深度、廣度進(jìn)一步加劇。社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型在優(yōu)化社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)，增強(qiáng)社會(huì)活力，促進(jìn)社會(huì)加速發(fā)展的同時(shí)，社會(huì)控制也出現(xiàn)不同程度的弱化，，大量社會(huì)問(wèn)題也隨之產(chǎn)生。其中，大學(xué)生犯罪問(wèn)題就是社會(huì)犯罪問(wèn)題鏈上的一環(huán)。近年來(lái)，專(zhuān)家學(xué)者對(duì)社會(huì)犯罪中的青少年犯罪研究較多，而對(duì)大學(xué)生犯罪的研究，不論在理論上還是在實(shí)踐上的研究則相對(duì)較少。 本文主要探討的是在轉(zhuǎn)型期，這個(gè)特定的歷史時(shí)期，我國(guó)大學(xué)生犯罪的特點(diǎn)、趨勢(shì)和原因，并從社會(huì)控制的角度研究如何有效地預(yù)防我國(guó)大學(xué)生犯罪。轉(zhuǎn)型期以來(lái)，我國(guó)大學(xué)生犯罪呈上升趨勢(shì)且具有其自身的特點(diǎn)。大學(xué)生犯罪的原因是多方面的，其中與轉(zhuǎn)型期出現(xiàn)的社會(huì)失范，規(guī)范真空，以及與轉(zhuǎn)型期我國(guó)家庭、學(xué)校教育的不當(dāng)不無(wú)關(guān)系，另外社會(huì)控制的弱化也是很重要的原因，當(dāng)然還有大學(xué)生個(gè)人的原因，因此，要從根本上解決大學(xué)生犯罪問(wèn)題就必須依靠社會(huì)各方面的力量，綜合運(yùn)用社會(huì)控制的手段，并將外在控制轉(zhuǎn)化為內(nèi)在控制。 大學(xué)生犯罪問(wèn)題是我國(guó)高等教育跨越式發(fā)展過(guò)程中遇到的新情況、新問(wèn)題，是前進(jìn)道路上出現(xiàn)的暫時(shí)困難。只要我們有效的運(yùn)用社會(huì)控制的各種手段，相信能從一定程度上抑制大學(xué)生犯罪。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the speed, depth and breadth of the social transformation in China have been further aggravated. The social transformation is to optimize the social structure, enhance social vitality, and promote the accelerated development of society at the same time. Social control has also been weakened to varying degrees, and a large number of social problems have emerged. Among them, the crime of college students is a link in the chain of social crime. Experts and scholars do more research on juvenile delinquency in social crime, but there are few researches on college students' crime in theory and practice. This paper mainly discusses the characteristics, trends and causes of college students' crime in the transitional period, this particular historical period. And from the point of view of social control, how to effectively prevent the crime of college students in China. Since the transition period, the crime of college students in China has been on the rise and has its own characteristics. The reasons for the crime of college students are various. Among them, it has something to do with the social anomie, the normative vacuum, and the improper education of the families and schools in the transitional period. In addition, the weakening of social control is also a very important reason. Of course, there are individual reasons for college students, therefore, to fundamentally solve the crime of college students, we must rely on the strength of all aspects of society, comprehensive use of social control means. And the external control into internal control. The crime of college students is a new situation in the process of the leapfrog development of higher education in our country. New problems are temporary difficulties on the way forward, so long as we effectively use various means of social control. It is believed that the crime of college students can be restrained to a certain extent.
