先秦儒家道德修養(yǎng)理論對(duì)警察道德修養(yǎng)的價(jià)值

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),人們逐漸的意識(shí)到各行各業(yè)都應(yīng)具備良好的道德修養(yǎng),只有如此才能充分地保證行業(yè)活動(dòng)運(yùn)行的準(zhǔn)確和順利,不斷地塑造出一種行業(yè)新的形象。缺乏職業(yè)道德的行業(yè)會(huì)出現(xiàn)一系列的現(xiàn)實(shí)難題,會(huì)被逐漸的邊緣化,甚至然被淘汰出局。 警察不僅應(yīng)該具有職業(yè)化的道德規(guī)范,而且與其他社會(huì)行業(yè)比較起來(lái),它應(yīng)該還有更高、更準(zhǔn)確、更完善的思想道德修養(yǎng)規(guī)范的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這樣才能使這樣一個(gè)龐大的執(zhí)法群體始終做到依法辦事、執(zhí)法為民、人性化管理、不偏不倚,使警察以讓民眾信任的狀態(tài),寬泛與和諧的存在于社會(huì)環(huán)境之中。 既然人民警察需要職業(yè)化的思想道德修養(yǎng),那么通過(guò)怎樣的途徑來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)良好的道德修養(yǎng)呢?從以往的教育方式來(lái)看,多數(shù)采用純說(shuō)教的方式進(jìn)行,不由得讓人從內(nèi)心產(chǎn)生一種反感、抵觸的情緒,成效就大打折扣。在這樣一個(gè)過(guò)程中,,警察個(gè)體就會(huì)出現(xiàn)道德修養(yǎng)方式的迷茫,找不到立足點(diǎn),這樣一來(lái)既降低了公安機(jī)關(guān)的工作效能,也降低了警察的職業(yè)歸屬感和職業(yè)自豪感。 作為中國(guó)主流思想的先秦儒家思想,提出過(guò)以“內(nèi)圣外王”、“君子人格”、“止于至善”為主要內(nèi)容的理想人格體系,并在中國(guó)歷史上產(chǎn)生過(guò)積極的影響。它對(duì)人性的預(yù)設(shè)兼顧了“實(shí)然”與“應(yīng)然”兩個(gè)不同的層面,在對(duì)人性做出“善”的肯定的同時(shí),又看到了人性“惡”這一“實(shí)然”狀態(tài)的存在。因此,我們有必要從先秦儒家道德修養(yǎng)理論的視角研究警察的道德修養(yǎng)問(wèn)題,從中汲取積極的東西。 本文對(duì)先秦儒家道德修養(yǎng)觀的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的挖掘和闡述,深入分析了當(dāng)前警察道德修養(yǎng)存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而找到兩者的契合點(diǎn),闡述了其中積極的價(jià)值。第一部分深入分析了先秦儒家道德修養(yǎng)觀的人性論基礎(chǔ),闡述了此種道德修養(yǎng)觀的目標(biāo)、方法途徑等。第二部分深入分析了當(dāng)前警察道德修養(yǎng)存在的主要問(wèn)題,造成這種現(xiàn)象的原因以及不良后果等。第三部分著重尋找二者的契合點(diǎn),具體論述了先秦儒家道德修養(yǎng)觀對(duì)人民警察道德修養(yǎng)的價(jià)值,指出先秦儒家道德修養(yǎng)理論對(duì)于警察個(gè)體以及公安機(jī)關(guān)有關(guān)道德修養(yǎng)內(nèi)容的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's modernization, people gradually realize that all walks of life should have good moral cultivation, so as to fully guarantee the accuracy and industry activities running smoothly, continuously shaping a new image of an industry. The lack of occupation moral industry will appear a series of practical problems, will be gradually on the edge, even though that was eliminated.
The police ethics should not only have the occupation, but compared with other social sectors, it should have a higher, more accurate, the standard of Ideological and moral cultivation standard more perfect, so as to make such a large law enforcement groups always abide by the law, law enforcement for the people, the humanized management, to avoid leaning to either side. The police in order to let people trust, broad and harmony exists in the social environment.
Since the people's police need occupation of Ideological and moral cultivation, then through the ways of how to achieve good morality? From the education point of view, most of the pure preaching way, could not help but let a person produce a kind of resentment from the heart, conflicting emotions, the effectiveness will be greatly reduced in such a process. The police will appear, the individual way of moral confusion, could not find a foothold in this way not only reduces the work efficiency of the public security organs, but also reduces the police occupation and occupation sense of pride.
As Chinese the mainstream thought of pre Qin Confucian thoughts, put forward to the "outside", "gentleman personality", "ideal personality system as the main content of the great", and had a positive effect on the China history. It gives the "fact" and "should be" two different aspects of human nature in the presupposition. Make sure the "good" for humanity at the same time, see "evil" in human nature that a "real" state of existence. Therefore, it is necessary for us to study from the perspective of police from moral problem of pre Qin Confucian moral cultivation theory, draw something positive from it.
This paper expounds the connotation of mining and Confucian theory of morality, deeply analyzes the existing police moral problems, and then find a fit between the two points, expounds the positive value. The first part is in-depth analysis of the Confucian theory of morality on the basis of human nature, elaborated this theory of morality the target, other approaches. The second part analyzes the main problems existing in the police ethics, the reasons for this phenomenon and adverse consequences. The third part focuses on looking for the meeting point of the two, which discusses the Confucian theory of morality of value of people's moral cultivation, and points out that the Confucian theory of moral cultivation for the police and the public security organ of the individual moral content reference.
