【摘要】：1957年上海的群體性事件是在我國開始進(jìn)入全面建設(shè)社會主義時期后發(fā)生在上海的歷史事件。目前,對這一問題的研究還很少。本文以1957年上海出現(xiàn)的群眾罷工、游行等群體性事件為研究對象,運(yùn)用檔案分析、文獻(xiàn)研究等方法,發(fā)掘和梳理相關(guān)檔案史料和文獻(xiàn),力求對上海1957年的群體性事件有一個相對完整的概述,對中國共產(chǎn)黨處置群體性事件進(jìn)行總結(jié),以彌補(bǔ)學(xué)界對這一問題研究的不足,豐富相關(guān)研究成果。 本文從群體性事件的概況、產(chǎn)生原因、黨對群體性事件的處置等方面,對相關(guān)問題展開論述。除緒論和結(jié)語外,共分三章。緒論部分界定研究對象,說明選題原因,介紹研究思路和方法。第一章,對1957年上海群體性事件的類型、特點和影響進(jìn)行了概述。第二章,從分配領(lǐng)域的矛盾突出、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的官僚主義、政治思想教育薄弱、骨干成員的組織推動四個方面,對群體性事件產(chǎn)生的原因做了具體分析。第三章,集中敘述了黨對群體性事件的處置。論述了處置群體性事件的依據(jù)、處置群體性事件的措施及效果二個主要問題。結(jié)語部分對本文的研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。 本文對1957年上海群體性事件問題的研究,特別是對黨在歷史上處置群體性事件方面經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn)的總結(jié),對黨當(dāng)今貫徹落實科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會,正確處理新形勢下出現(xiàn)的群體性事件,有著重要的歷史借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In 1957, the group events in Shanghai occurred in Shanghai after China entered the period of building socialism in an all-round way. This paper takes the mass events such as mass strike and procession in Shanghai on 1957 as the research object, using the methods of file analysis, literature research and so on. Excavating and combing the relevant archives historical materials and documents, trying to Shanghai 1957 group events have a relatively complete overview, the Communist Party of China to deal with group events summarized. In order to make up for the lack of academic research on this issue, enrich the relevant research results. In this paper, from the general situation of mass events, the causes, the party's handling of group events, and so on, this paper discusses the relevant issues. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, it is divided into three chapters. The introduction part defines the research object. The first chapter summarizes the types, characteristics and effects of Shanghai mass events in 1957. The second chapter focuses on the contradictions in the field of distribution. Leading cadres bureaucracy, weak political and ideological education, key members of the organization to promote the four aspects, the causes of mass incidents made a specific analysis. Chapter three. This paper focuses on the party's handling of group incidents, discusses the basis of dealing with group incidents, measures to deal with group incidents and its effect. The conclusion part summarizes the research of this paper. This paper studies the issue of Shanghai mass events in 1957, especially summarizes the experience and lessons of the Party in dealing with group incidents in history, and carries out the scientific development view of the Party today. It is of great historical significance to construct a harmonious socialist society and correctly deal with the group events under the new situation.
