【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)是一把雙刃劍，對青少年身心各方面的發(fā)展有著深刻的影響，在給青少年生活給予方便的同時也給其生活學習帶來了不容忽視的負面影響。當前，青少年在網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響下，犯罪日益頻發(fā)，已成為全社會共同面對的難題。如何正確看待和利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化，如何正確處理網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化下青少年犯罪問題，這就需要進一步準確把握我國青少年在網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化下犯罪的現(xiàn)狀、特點、成因，以便在快速發(fā)展的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)下，構(gòu)建健康的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境，有效預防和制止青少年犯罪。 本篇論文共分為四章： 第一章，網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化下的青少年犯罪概述。在這一章中，首先對網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的概念做出釋義，概括出網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的內(nèi)涵，以為后文在網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化下展開論述奠定語境基礎(chǔ)。在第二節(jié)中明確了青少年犯罪的概念。第三節(jié)中從五個方面分析并總結(jié)出網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化下我國青少年犯罪的現(xiàn)狀：一是侵犯互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息安全的犯罪不斷增多；二是財產(chǎn)型犯罪發(fā)案比例不斷攀升；三是青少年團伙犯罪日益增多；四是犯罪手段變化多樣，難以琢磨；五是誘發(fā)犯罪的不良網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化嚴重侵害青少年。 第二章，網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的發(fā)展對青少年犯罪是否具有影響？如若有，是什么樣的影響導致青少年走向犯罪？二者又存在著一種什么樣的關(guān)系，讓青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化下選擇犯罪。本章從四個方面，即網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化下易導致青少年形成犯罪心理、信息化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)為青少年犯罪提供契機、開放自由的網(wǎng)絡(luò)為青少年犯罪提供有利條件、虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)的交互性引導青少年走向犯罪，分別對網(wǎng)絡(luò)與青少年犯罪存在的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系一一展開論述。 第三章，網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化下青少年犯罪的原因剖析。這章主要論及網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化下，青少年實施犯罪的主、客觀原因，包括青少年自身、家庭、學校、社會及網(wǎng)絡(luò)本身四個因素。第一節(jié)從青少年個體因素分析，分別從生理、心理、文化及行為四個層面分別進行探討。第二節(jié)至第四節(jié)，分別從家庭、學校及社會三個不同的社會化主體角度，總結(jié)并分析其在青少年犯罪中的影響及存在的教育遺憾。第五節(jié)重點圍繞當前網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境存在的問題，指出目前我國網(wǎng)吧管理秩序混亂，社會、國家對網(wǎng)吧監(jiān)管不力；不良網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化造成青少年觀念發(fā)生偏離；虛擬的網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往造成青少年性格缺陷，缺乏社會責任感。 第四章，，網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化下青少年犯罪的治理措施。這一章強調(diào)對青少年犯罪問題的治理要以教育為根本原則，以保障青少年健康成長為最終目的。家庭教育的嚴重缺失，學�；A(chǔ)教育的缺陷，社會不良環(huán)境的外在誘惑，青少年自身的行為出現(xiàn)偏離。在分析造成網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化中青少年走上犯罪的原因的基礎(chǔ)上，從家庭、學校、社會及青少年自身等四個社會化主體出發(fā)，提出有效控制和預防青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪的應(yīng)對措施，幫助其走出人生困惑，重新踏上人生新的旅程。本章中，對應(yīng)上述網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化下青少年犯罪的原因，分別從加強自身素質(zhì)建設(shè)、發(fā)揮家庭監(jiān)護和教育的功效、發(fā)揮學�；A(chǔ)教育作用、構(gòu)建社會預防體系及加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)，構(gòu)建健康向上的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境五個方面展開探討，以求尋找一種適當?shù)姆绞筋A防青少年犯罪問題的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:The network is a double - edged sword , which has a profound influence on the development of teenagers ' physical and mental aspects . At present , under the influence of the network , the crime is increasingly frequent and has become a difficult problem for the whole society . How to treat and utilize the network culture correctly , how to deal with the problem of juvenile delinquency in the network culture correctly , this will need to further accurately grasp the present situation , characteristics and causes of the crime in the network culture , so as to construct a healthy network environment under the rapid development network information technology , and effectively prevent and stop the juvenile delinquency . This thesis is divided into four chapters : Chapter 1 , the summary of juvenile delinquency in the network culture . In this chapter , the concept of network culture is firstly defined , the connotation of network culture is summarized , and the concept of juvenile delinquency is defined in the second section . In chapter 2 , the development of network culture has an influence on juvenile delinquency . If so , what kind of influence causes teenagers to move towards crime ? What kind of relationship exists to make teen network culture choose crime . This chapter discusses the relationship between network and juvenile delinquency . Chapter III analyzes the causes of juvenile delinquency in Internet culture . This chapter mainly discusses the main and objective causes of juvenile delinquency under the network culture . The first section focuses on the problems existing in the juvenile delinquency from three different social subjects : family , school and society . The fifth section focuses on the problems existing in the current network environment . On the basis of analyzing the causes of juvenile delinquency , the author puts forward the countermeasures to effectively control and prevent the juvenile delinquency from the four socialization bodies , such as family , school , society and teenagers .
