【摘要】：基層刑警證據(jù)意識(shí)薄弱是致使證據(jù)不足、無(wú)效,影響刑事案件偵破質(zhì)量的重要原因之一,這已成為制約懲治犯罪的瓶頸。為培養(yǎng)基層刑警證據(jù)意識(shí),提高刑事案件的質(zhì)量,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)思想認(rèn)識(shí)教育,完善選用、考評(píng)制度;轉(zhuǎn)變偵辦理念,樹(shù)立牢固的證據(jù)意識(shí);建立培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu),提高證據(jù)意識(shí);加大資金投入,優(yōu)化裝備配置。
[Abstract]:The weak consciousness of evidence of criminal police at the grass-roots level is one of the important reasons that lead to insufficient and invalid evidence and affect the quality of detection of criminal cases, which has become the bottleneck restricting the punishment of crime, so as to cultivate the awareness of evidence of criminal police at the grass-roots level. To improve the quality of criminal cases, we should strengthen ideological and cognitive education, perfect the system of selection and evaluation; Changing the concept of investigation and establishing a solid sense of evidence; Establishing training institutions to raise the awareness of evidence; Increase capital input, optimize equipment allocation.
