【摘要】："小官大貪"成為當(dāng)下中國(guó)日益突出的問題,而這些"小官"又以村干部居多,他們的腐敗程度和花樣翻新遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超出人們的想象。何以會(huì)如此呢?這需要透過現(xiàn)象深入到本質(zhì)進(jìn)行研討。中國(guó)村干部腐敗的社會(huì)文化因素主要表現(xiàn)在:一是務(wù)"虛"導(dǎo)致腐敗的界限不明,二是以"家"治村的意識(shí)誤區(qū),三是"經(jīng)濟(jì)至上"模式的實(shí)用主義傾向。要真正撬動(dòng)村干部嚴(yán)重腐敗這塊堅(jiān)硬的"鐵板",必須解決這三個(gè)重要問題。這是一項(xiàng)任重道遠(yuǎn)的系統(tǒng)工程。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, "small officials and great greed" has become an increasingly prominent problem in China, and these "small officials" are mostly village cadres whose corruption and pattern renovation are far beyond people's imagination. Why is this so? This needs to go deep into the nature of the phenomenon to study. The main social and cultural factors of corruption of village cadres in China are as follows: first, the absence of business leads to unclear boundaries of corruption; second, the misconception of governing villages by "home"; and third, the pragmatism tendency of the mode of "economic supremacy". We must solve these three important problems if we really want to move the hard "iron plate" of village cadres' serious corruption. This is a system project with a long way to go.
