【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察工作仍有諸多不足,監(jiān)督存在死角、監(jiān)督手段有限、監(jiān)察權(quán)威性和獨(dú)立性不夠等,影響著高校紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察機(jī)構(gòu)反腐肅貪工作的開(kāi)展。中共中央十八屆六中全會(huì)關(guān)于我國(guó)監(jiān)察體制改革的決定,特別是創(chuàng)建監(jiān)察委員會(huì)的設(shè)想,不僅整合了監(jiān)察權(quán)力,推進(jìn)了監(jiān)察對(duì)象的全覆蓋,而且增強(qiáng)了監(jiān)察的獨(dú)立性,提升了監(jiān)察機(jī)關(guān)的位階。監(jiān)察委員會(huì)的創(chuàng)建設(shè)想為我國(guó)高校紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察工作的改革與完善指明了方向。設(shè)立高校派駐監(jiān)察專(zhuān)員,通過(guò)"試""全""硬""合"四大關(guān)鍵動(dòng)作構(gòu)想,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)高校紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察工作的全面性、獨(dú)立性、權(quán)威性和整合性。
[Abstract]:At present, there are still many deficiencies in discipline inspection and supervision in colleges and universities in our country, such as the dead corner of supervision, the limited means of supervision, the insufficient authority and independence of supervision, etc. The decision of the sixth Plenary session of the 18 Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee on the reform of China's supervisory system, especially the idea of establishing a supervisory committee, not only integrates the supervisory power. Promote the full coverage of the monitoring object, and enhance the independence of the monitoring. Improve the rank of the supervisory organs. The establishment of the supervisory committee for the reform and improvement of discipline inspection and supervision work in China's colleges and universities pointed out the direction. Through the four key actions of "trial", "all" and "hard" and "cooperation", the author hopes to realize the comprehensiveness, independence, authoritativeness and integration of discipline inspection and supervision work in colleges and universities.
