【摘要】：收集國內(nèi)20所高校(主要是“985工程”及“211工程”高校)人文社科科研獎勵的相關(guān)信息,運(yùn)用內(nèi)容分析法對其進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得出如下結(jié)論:成果獎和論文是高校獎勵的重點(diǎn),獎勵對象的多少與高校層次無關(guān);發(fā)放獎金是最主要的獎勵方式,社會力量獎受到一定程度的認(rèn)可,但還需繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大影響;SSCI等國際收錄論文受熱捧,高校自行劃分學(xué)術(shù)期刊等級情況較多,以刊代質(zhì)現(xiàn)象還比較普遍;一些高校對結(jié)項(xiàng)為優(yōu)秀的項(xiàng)目給予獎勵,體現(xiàn)了對研究質(zhì)量的追求,但并不普遍;各校獎勵額度差異較大,可能和學(xué)校自身發(fā)展特點(diǎn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況和所處地域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平等多種因素有關(guān)�；诖�,筆者建議:科研獎勵在追求數(shù)量的同時需要向追求質(zhì)量轉(zhuǎn)向;科研獎勵的內(nèi)容應(yīng)該是多元的,但是獎勵的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)唯優(yōu)秀而論;在注重物質(zhì)獎勵的同時,也要重視精神獎勵;要加快獎勵方式的創(chuàng)新,既要激發(fā)個人也要激發(fā)院系學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:This paper collects the relevant information of 20 colleges and universities (mainly "985 project" and "211 project"), and makes a statistical analysis of them by using the content analysis method. The conclusions are as follows: the achievement award and the thesis are the key points of the university award. The number of reward objects has nothing to do with the level of higher education; bonuses are the most important way of reward, and social power awards are recognized to a certain extent, but it is still necessary to continue to expand the influence on the popularity of internationally collected papers such as SSCI. Colleges and universities classify academic journals by themselves more, and the phenomenon of substituting periodicals for quality is relatively common; some colleges and universities give awards to projects that are excellent in conclusion, which reflects the pursuit of research quality, but is not common; the amount of awards in different schools is quite different. It may be related to many factors, such as the characteristics of the school's own development, the economic situation and the level of economic development in the region. Based on this, the author suggests that the scientific research reward should turn to the pursuit of quality while pursuing quantity; The content of scientific research reward should be diversified, but the standard of reward should be excellent; while paying attention to material reward, we should also attach importance to spiritual reward; in order to speed up the innovation of reward way, we should not only stimulate individuals but also academic institutions of colleges and departments.
