改性海泡石作為循環(huán)使用的吸附劑在酸性溶液中吸附Pd(Ⅱ)的應(yīng)用(英文)

  研究以改性海泡石作為吸附劑從酸性溶液中回收Pd(Ⅱ)的吸附特性和機(jī)理;通過等溫模型、動(dòng)力學(xué)和熱力學(xué)模型分析改性海泡石對(duì)Pd(Ⅱ)的吸附特性;利用SEM-EDS、TEM和XPS技術(shù)研究改性海泡石對(duì)Pd(Ⅱ)的吸附機(jī)理。Langmuir模型表明,當(dāng)溫度為30°C時(shí),改性海泡石對(duì)Pd(Ⅱ)的最大吸附量為322.58 mg/g。動(dòng)力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,準(zhǔn)二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型能較好地模擬改性海泡石對(duì)Pd(Ⅱ)的吸附過程,化學(xué)吸附為改性海泡石吸附Pd(Ⅱ)的控速步驟。當(dāng)Pd(Ⅱ)的初始濃度為100 mg/L時(shí),1 g/L改性海泡石可吸附99%的Pd(Ⅱ)。吸附-脫附循環(huán)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,改性海泡石具有良好的穩(wěn)定性和重復(fù)使用性。本研究結(jié)果表明,改性海泡石是一種可高效且經(jīng)濟(jì)的Pd(Ⅱ)回收材料。
