Na 2 S選擇性浸出銅轉(zhuǎn)爐煙灰中的砷及Fe 2 (SO 4 ) 3 穩(wěn)定化砷(英文)

研究砷(As2O3)的Na2S堿性浸出,以及用Fe2(SO4)3沉淀砷。采用基于中心組合設(shè)計的響應(yīng)面法對相關(guān)因素的影響進行定量和定性分析,提出用于參數(shù)優(yōu)化的統(tǒng)計模型。結(jié)果表明,在Na2S濃度100 g/L,固液比0.163 g/mL和溫度80℃的最優(yōu)預(yù)測條件下,89%的砷可從煙灰中去除。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),固液比和Na2S濃度是影響浸出過程的顯著因素。在沉淀過程中,當pH為4.8、Fe3+與砷的摩爾比和H2O2與砷的摩爾比分別為5:1和4:1時,浸出液中99.93%以上的砷以無定形砷酸鐵的形式被除去。Fe3+與砷的摩爾比和pH值為最顯著因素,而且他們之間的相互作用也是顯著的。
