金在含黃銅礦的氰化物溶液中的溶解(英文)

利用旋轉圓盤電極研究了金在有黃銅礦存在的缺氧氰化物溶液中的陽極溶解特性。研究發(fā)現:黃銅礦的存在會削弱金在低電位區(qū)的氰化溶解活性,但會增強其在高電位區(qū)的溶解活性。在電位≤177m V時,金的溶解過程控制步驟與體系中氰化物濃度有關,當氰化物濃度低于980mg/L時,金的溶解過程受擴散控制;當氰化物濃度高于980mg/L時,金的陽極溶解電流密度降低,溶解過程由擴散控制轉變?yōu)殡娀瘜W反應控制。在電位>177 mV時,金的陽極溶解始終受擴散控制,而與體系中氰化鈉濃度無關。同時,在含黃銅礦的氰化物溶液中,適當提高體系pH值和升高溫度可以促進金陽極溶解,但是pH>11.5也會促進鈍化作用的產生而對金的氰化溶解不利。
