微孔椰殼焦孔結(jié)構(gòu)表征(英文)

為了更深入地了解微孔生物質(zhì)焦的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)特征,在水蒸氣氣氛下制備椰殼焦(CSCs),并且采用了不同分子探針、計(jì)算模型和校準(zhǔn)步驟對(duì)其進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明,椰殼焦有較高的碳含量和比較豐富的孔隙度,適合進(jìn)一步活化以制備活性炭。表征椰殼焦較為合適的方法是:以Ar為分子探針,并采用非定域密度泛函(NLDFT)模型。當(dāng)校準(zhǔn)步驟優(yōu)先進(jìn)行時(shí),以N2和Ar為分子探針的吸附測(cè)試結(jié)果如孔徑分布(PSD)和吸附等溫線(xiàn)會(huì)受到孔隙阻塞的影響,從而錯(cuò)誤地描述椰殼焦的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果還表明,273 K下儀器的真空處理可以去除絕大部分殘留的He,降低孔隙阻塞的影響。
