褐煤和油菜秸稈低溫共熱解產物及協同效應分析(英文)

印尼褐煤(IL)與不同質量分數的油菜秸稈(RS)在自制的低溫煤炭化爐中共熱解,得到熱解半焦和焦油。結果表明:當RS的質量分數為30%時,共熱解油的產率達到最大值14.03%,產率比純褐煤熱解油產率高57.59%。熱解半焦的SEM結果表明,共熱解半焦比褐煤半焦孔隙結構更加豐富;熱解油的FTIR和GC-MS結果表明,共熱解焦油更輕質化,酸度更低;樣品的熱重分析表明,油菜秸稈與褐煤的DTG峰值部分重疊,共熱解過程符合二級動力學方程,加入RS后,共熱解反應的活化能E降低,反應性增強,TG曲線向低溫區(qū)域移動。RS和IL的共熱解存在協同效應,共熱解實現了褐煤和油菜秸稈的清潔高效利用。
