地中海果蠅bHLH基因及昆蟲ASC基因鑒定與系統(tǒng)發(fā)生分析

堿性螺旋-環(huán)-螺旋(bHLH)蛋白組成了一個(gè)存在于真核生物中的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子超家族,在微小如酵母、大到如人類的生物中都有發(fā)現(xiàn)。它們?cè)谡{(diào)控真核生物的神經(jīng)發(fā)育、性別決定、肌肉生成、細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定以及響應(yīng)環(huán)境信號(hào)等發(fā)育過程中發(fā)揮重要作用。bHLH這一名稱來自于高度保守的結(jié)構(gòu)基序,即包含約60個(gè)氨基酸、由一個(gè)堿性(basic)區(qū)域和兩個(gè)被可變長(zhǎng)度環(huán)分開的螺旋區(qū)域(HLH)組成的結(jié)構(gòu)域。目前,根據(jù)bHLH蛋白與DNA結(jié)合的特性將其分為6個(gè)大組;此外,根據(jù)它們?cè)谡{(diào)控不同發(fā)育與生理過程中的作用將它們分為45個(gè)家族。地中海果蠅(Ceratitis capitata)是廣泛分布于世界各地的一種果蠅。它們以水果為食并在其中繁殖,因而對(duì)水果造成很大的物理及經(jīng)濟(jì)損害。為了控制地中海果蠅的危害,了解其生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育機(jī)理具有重要意義。地中海果蠅的基因組測(cè)序計(jì)劃在2016年9月即已完成,而其基因組中編碼了多少個(gè)bHLH基因還未見報(bào)道。因此,我們開展了Blast搜索與系統(tǒng)發(fā)生分析來建立地中海果蠅bHLH(CcbHLH)基因的清單。無剛毛-盾片復(fù)合體(achaete-scute complex,ASC)基因編碼在神經(jīng)發(fā)育中發(fā)揮重要作...
