2019年,全國(guó)平均氣溫10.34°C,較常年偏高0.79°C,為1951年以來(lái)第5暖年四季氣溫均偏高,春秋明顯偏暖。全國(guó)平均降水量645.5毫米,比常年偏多2.5%。2019年,臺(tái)風(fēng)生成多,登陸強(qiáng)度總體偏弱,僅‘利奇馬’災(zāi)損重暴雨過(guò)程多,但暴雨洪澇災(zāi)害總體偏輕高溫日數(shù)多,區(qū)域性特征明顯區(qū)域性和階段性干旱明顯,但災(zāi)害損失偏輕強(qiáng)對(duì)流天氣過(guò)程偏少,損失偏輕低溫冷凍害和雪災(zāi)顯著偏輕;春季北方沙塵天氣少,影響偏輕。與近10年平均值相比,農(nóng)作物受災(zāi)面積,死亡失蹤人口以及直接經(jīng)濟(jì)損失均明顯偏少。
