壓水堆導向筒內流場及控制棒流致振動分析

本文主要研究了壓水堆內控制棒的流致振動特性并分析了導向筒周圍及內部的流場,通過分析得到不同流量工況下控制棒的流致振動特性。研究中搭建控制棒流致振動的實驗裝置,并將CFD的數值模擬結果和實驗進行對比。實驗裝置中包含四根控制棒模擬件和三層導向板,控制棒模擬件通過螺紋連接在星型支撐結構上。實驗裝置設置底部和側面兩個進水口,一個高于側面進水口的出水口。實驗中采用激光位移傳感器進行控制棒的振動測量,傳感器直接與采集后處理系統相連接。改變流場的工況,獲得在不同進口流量下的控制棒振動位移、流場速度分布、流場壓力分布和控制棒表面的壓力分布等實驗數據。實驗的結果與數值計算的結果相一致。實驗中使用DASP等軟件進行噪聲去除等后處理,使用TECPLOT進行流場的測量數據與模擬結果對比。
