壓水堆導(dǎo)向筒內(nèi)流場及控制棒流致振動(dòng)分析

本文主要研究了壓水堆內(nèi)控制棒的流致振動(dòng)特性并分析了導(dǎo)向筒周圍及內(nèi)部的流場,通過分析得到不同流量工況下控制棒的流致振動(dòng)特性。研究中搭建控制棒流致振動(dòng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,并將CFD的數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果和實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比。實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置中包含四根控制棒模擬件和三層導(dǎo)向板,控制棒模擬件通過螺紋連接在星型支撐結(jié)構(gòu)上。實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置設(shè)置底部和側(cè)面兩個(gè)進(jìn)水口,一個(gè)高于側(cè)面進(jìn)水口的出水口。實(shí)驗(yàn)中采用激光位移傳感器進(jìn)行控制棒的振動(dòng)測量,傳感器直接與采集后處理系統(tǒng)相連接。改變流場的工況,獲得在不同進(jìn)口流量下的控制棒振動(dòng)位移、流場速度分布、流場壓力分布和控制棒表面的壓力分布等實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)的結(jié)果與數(shù)值計(jì)算的結(jié)果相一致。實(shí)驗(yàn)中使用DASP等軟件進(jìn)行噪聲去除等后處理,使用TECPLOT進(jìn)行流場的測量數(shù)據(jù)與模擬結(jié)果對(duì)比。
