【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和生活質(zhì)量的提高,惡性腫瘤的發(fā)病率呈上升趨勢,誘發(fā)因素也越來越多,腫瘤患者低齡化也日益明顯。腫瘤的診治方法雖有很多,但目前仍以手術(shù)、放化療為主,而中醫(yī)藥防治惡性腫瘤近年來才開始嶄露頭角。中醫(yī)藥治療不僅可以減輕手術(shù)、放化療的毒副作用,還可以預(yù)防腫瘤發(fā)生、改善罹患者的癥狀及提高生存質(zhì)量。癌癥是一種慢性病,它的發(fā)生是一個多因素、復(fù)雜漸進的過程,可以經(jīng)歷十幾年甚至幾十年。因此在這一個漫長的過程中,我們應(yīng)該如何做到早預(yù)防、早診斷、早治療或者改善罹患者癥狀、延長其生命?如何有效的對腫瘤患者進行院后隨訪及康復(fù)指導(dǎo)?如何讓偏遠地區(qū)的腫瘤病人也能得到更好的醫(yī)療服務(wù)呢?如何尋找一個好的途徑打破傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)腫瘤防治的難題?互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的出現(xiàn)則為此提供了一個新的探索方向。眾所周知,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的蓬勃發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療應(yīng)運而生,國務(wù)院提出"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"更促進了其進一步的發(fā)展�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療在一定程度上解決了患者"看病難"、"排隊難"等問題,打破了時間、地點、區(qū)域的限制,促進醫(yī)患自由溝通和相互了解,緩解了醫(yī)患關(guān)系,完善了醫(yī)療服務(wù)環(huán)節(jié),優(yōu)化了醫(yī)療資源配置,提升了醫(yī)療效率。從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的形成到現(xiàn)在爆發(fā)式發(fā)展,國內(nèi)外各行各業(yè)對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的現(xiàn)狀、優(yōu)劣勢、特點及運營模式等方面進行了具有一定深度的探索,使互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的進一步發(fā)展有了較好的理論基礎(chǔ)�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域細分化是發(fā)展的必然趨勢,而根據(jù)中醫(yī)腫瘤所特有優(yōu)勢和對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療發(fā)展的需求,這兩者的結(jié)合也是必然的。而目前中醫(yī)腫瘤互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療處于萌芽狀態(tài),那該如何形成并發(fā)展中醫(yī)腫瘤互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療?因此,本文主要內(nèi)容包括以下四個方面:1、通過文獻研究了解中醫(yī)腫瘤及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的特點、現(xiàn)狀、優(yōu)劣勢等,進一步探究兩者內(nèi)在聯(lián)系、切入點及影響因素,為中醫(yī)腫瘤防治與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療結(jié)合提供理論依據(jù)。2、通過個案分析,剖析不同類型的具有代表性互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的模式、特點和優(yōu)劣勢,理論聯(lián)系實際,對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的合理性、規(guī)范化及模式進行深入挖掘,為中醫(yī)腫瘤互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的模式提供實際參考。3、通過問卷調(diào)查方式,對不同人群進行調(diào)研,從不同角度了解互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療、中醫(yī)腫瘤防治知識以及對中醫(yī)腫瘤互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的需求,為中醫(yī)腫瘤互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的可行性提供實際依據(jù)。4、在理論基礎(chǔ)與實際數(shù)據(jù)的結(jié)合下,探索中醫(yī)腫瘤互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的模式,為中醫(yī)腫瘤診治、防癌健康教育開辟新途徑,也為中醫(yī)腫瘤的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展創(chuàng)造一個新局面。通過文獻分析可知互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療前進的步伐已無法阻擋,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展下、大數(shù)據(jù)時代的環(huán)境下及國家政策的推動下,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療持續(xù)發(fā)展并走向成熟是必然的過程�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療尤其適合慢性病健康管理、疾病預(yù)防等方面,而恰好惡性腫瘤便是一種慢性病。中醫(yī)藥對惡性腫瘤的治療更是具有長期性、高頻次、多方向、可預(yù)防等特點,這些特點是符合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的發(fā)展特點的,這也就是中醫(yī)腫瘤進入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的切入點�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的發(fā)展趨勢為中醫(yī)腫瘤互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療形成提供了契機;同時,國家政策是中醫(yī)腫瘤互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的后盾。結(jié)合個案分析可知現(xiàn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的發(fā)展模式各不相同,但現(xiàn)今沒有一個完善的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療模式。如若依葫蘆畫瓢,中醫(yī)腫瘤互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療是難以有好的發(fā)展前景的,這就需要我們?nèi)ナ彺孑?找出適合現(xiàn)代中醫(yī)腫瘤在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療平臺的發(fā)展模式。根據(jù)問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果可知59.4%的受訪人群是認為中醫(yī)腫瘤互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療是可行的,35.0%的受訪人群則抱著不確定的態(tài)度,對于這部分人群則需要著重關(guān)注,進行引導(dǎo),讓不確定變成可行,僅有5.6%的人群認為是不可行的。同時,通過對被訪者的分析發(fā)現(xiàn),被訪者對中醫(yī)腫瘤互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的可行性的認可度是與其對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的了解程度和中醫(yī)腫瘤防治知識的了解程度呈正相關(guān)的。因此,加大廣大群眾對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療和中醫(yī)腫瘤防治知識的了解,更能促進中醫(yī)腫瘤互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療形成。因此,中醫(yī)腫瘤互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療應(yīng)該是以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療為載體,融合傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)腫瘤理論和實踐,對腫瘤患者進行中醫(yī)健康教育,在線中醫(yī)咨詢,中醫(yī)醫(yī)療信息查詢、中醫(yī)康復(fù)治療、遠程中醫(yī)會診治療等全方位的服務(wù)。中醫(yī)腫瘤互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的形成是一重大挑戰(zhàn),如果成功則能把中醫(yī)腫瘤的治療理念提升到一個新高度,亦能使中醫(yī)腫瘤互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療成為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域細分化的發(fā)展模板,成為行業(yè)"領(lǐng)頭羊"。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of the quality of life, the incidence of malignant tumor is on the rise, the inducing factors are more and more, and the age of the cancer patients is becoming more and more obvious. Although there are many methods of diagnosis and treatment of tumor, there are still surgery and radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and the treatment of malignant tumor of Chinese medicine has begun to come to the fore in recent years. It can not only reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy and chemotherapy, but also prevent the occurrence of cancer, improve the symptoms and improve the quality of life. Cancer is a chronic disease. It is a multi factor, complex and progressive process that can experience more than ten years or even decades. This is the reason why we should do this in this long process. How to make early diagnosis, early diagnosis, early treatment or improvement of the patient's symptoms to prolong life? How to effectively follow up after hospital follow-up and rehabilitation guidance for the cancer patients? How can the cancer patients in remote areas get better medical service? Combining with the theoretical basis of.2, through case analysis, the model, characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of different types of representative internet medical treatment are analyzed, the theory is connected with practice, the rationality, standardization and mode of internet medical treatment are deeply excavated, and the practical reference.3 for the mode of internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is provided, through questionnaire survey, The research on different groups of people, from different angles to understand the internet medical treatment, the knowledge of the prevention and control of Chinese medicine and the demand for the internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, provide the practical basis for the feasibility of the internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,.4, and the combination of the theoretical basis and the actual data to explore the mode of the internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, for the tumor of traditional Chinese medicine. The diagnosis and treatment, the health education for cancer prevention opened up a new way, and also created a new situation for the modern development of Chinese medicine tumor. Through the literature analysis, the pace of internet medical advance has been unable to stop. Under the development of the Internet, under the environment of the big data age and the promotion of national policy, it is necessary for the continuous development and maturity of internet medical treatment. The internet medical treatment is especially suitable for the health management of chronic diseases, disease prevention and so on, and the right malignant tumor is a chronic disease. The treatment of malignant tumor is characterized by long-term, high frequency, multi direction, and preventable characteristics. These characteristics are in line with the characteristics of the development of Internet medical treatment, which is also the traditional Chinese medicine. The development trend of internet medical treatment has provided an opportunity for the formation of internet medical treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time, the national policy is the backing of the internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. The development patterns of internet medical treatment are different with the case analysis, but there is no perfect Internet medical model at present. If the traditional Chinese medicine tumor internet medical treatment is difficult to have a good prospects for development, it is necessary for us to find out the development mode suitable for the modern TCM tumor on the internet medical platform. According to the results of the questionnaire survey, 59.4% of the respondents believed that the internet medical treatment of Chinese Medical cancer was feasible and 35% of the visits were interviewed. The population, with an uncertain attitude, needs to focus on this part of the population and guide, make the uncertainty become feasible, only 5.6% of the population think it is unfeasible. Meanwhile, through the analysis of the respondents, the respondents' recognition of the feasibility of internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is the understanding of internet medical treatment. There is a positive correlation between the degree of knowledge and the knowledge of the prevention and control of cancer in traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, increasing the understanding of the knowledge of internet medical treatment and the prevention and control of cancer of traditional Chinese medicine can promote the formation of internet medical treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, the internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine should be based on the internet medical treatment as the carrier and the theory and practice of traditional Chinese medicine. Health education of traditional Chinese medicine, online Chinese medicine consultation, medical information inquiry of traditional Chinese medicine, medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and remote medical consultation and treatment. The formation of internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is a major challenge.
