生物調(diào)節(jié)劑對(duì)無(wú)土栽培黃瓜生長(zhǎng)的影響

本研究旨在篩選各種植物生物調(diào)節(jié)劑作為添加劑,檢測(cè)其在無(wú)土栽培條件下通過(guò)根系施用對(duì)黃瓜生長(zhǎng)的影響;然后探究最佳三種添加劑腐胺(Put)、細(xì)胞分裂素(MT)、油菜素內(nèi)酯(EBR)復(fù)混配比對(duì)黃瓜生長(zhǎng)生理形態(tài)及根系活力的影響;最后,研究(5 mM Put+0.02 ppm MT+0.001 ppm EBR)對(duì)鹽脅迫下黃瓜抗氧化酶的影響,并研究其對(duì)鹽脅迫下黃瓜植株產(chǎn)量,果實(shí)品質(zhì)和碳氮代謝的影響。1-試驗(yàn)一、不同生長(zhǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑對(duì)黃瓜植株生長(zhǎng)的影響本試驗(yàn)共設(shè)15個(gè)處理:T1(水)、T2(10mM腐胺)、T3(250 ppm海藻素)、T4(0.02ppm細(xì)胞分裂素)、T5(100ppm萘乙酸)、T6(400 ppm聚天冬氨酸)、T7(50ppm硝基苯酚鈉)、T8(100ppm L-色氨酸)、T9(1%腐殖酸)、T10(107CFU/ml枯草芽孢桿菌)、T11(106CFU/ml木霉菌)、T12(50 ppm L-丙氨酸)、T13(150 ppm水楊酸)、T14(1mM納米硅)和T15(0.001 ppm油菜素內(nèi)酯),將上述生物調(diào)節(jié)劑分別加入基質(zhì)中混勻,裝盆,定植...
