有機(jī)肥和無機(jī)肥對“三明治”無土栽培系統(tǒng)中黃瓜生長、產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)的影響

  黃瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)是世界上最重要的園藝作物之一,農(nóng)業(yè)上過量使用氮肥會造成嚴(yán)重土壤和地下水污染,故減少化肥使用刻不容緩。本試驗中使用紅磚槽培的方式,槽深30cm,分為3層,每層10 cm,最上層為沙子,中間層進(jìn)行不同處理,最下層使用椰糠作為基質(zhì),并將這種栽培方式稱為“三明治”無土栽培系統(tǒng),本研究的目的是確定該栽培系統(tǒng)的最佳沙子厚度,有機(jī)肥與基質(zhì)的最佳劑量比,有機(jī)肥與無機(jī)肥的最佳配比,以及營養(yǎng)液中NO3--N/NH4+-N的最佳配比。試驗采用完全隨機(jī)區(qū)組設(shè)計,主要結(jié)果如下:1、不同沙層厚度對栽培基質(zhì)水分和溫度的影響。在30 cm椰糠的基礎(chǔ)上,添加不同厚度(0,5,10,15,20 cm)的沙子分別記為T1-對照,T2,T3,T4,T5處理,在椰糠上面覆蓋一層地膜作為T6處理。結(jié)果表明,試驗期間溫度保持最穩(wěn)定的處理是T3,T5處理由于使用過量的沙子在經(jīng)濟(jì)性方面是不可行的,而且和T1間無顯著差異,而塑料膜作為覆蓋物的T6處理溫度過高。2、栽培基質(zhì)中不同水平有機(jī)肥對黃瓜生長和產(chǎn)量的影...
