膜處理的工業(yè)蒸餾廢水中小球藻的培養(yǎng)及其對馬氏珠母貝生長和成活率的影響

  本文旨在探討利用膜處理工業(yè)酒精廢水培養(yǎng)小球藻的可行性,以及培養(yǎng)的小球藻對馬氏珠母貝(Pinctada fucata martensii)生長的可能影響。本研究所涉及的一系列實驗是在實驗室規(guī)模下進行的,其主要發(fā)現(xiàn)如下:1、光強對膜處理酒精廢水中小球藻生長和生物量的影響在本部分的研究中,分別在1000、2000、3000、4000和5000 lx的光強條件下用膜處理的酒精廢水培養(yǎng)小球藻,用以篩選酒精廢水培養(yǎng)小球藻以及小球藻處理酒精廢水中TN、TP和COD的最佳光照條件。實驗結果顯示,在光強為4000 lx時,TN、TP和COD的去除效果和小球藻生物量生產(chǎn)都很顯著。其中,TN、TP和COD的去除率分別為50.10%、76.92%和54.30%,Chl-a和類胡蘿卜素達到最大值,分別為3.13±0.17和0.93±0.25 mg/L。2、溫度對膜處理酒精廢水中小球藻生長和生物量的影響本部分的研究目的是調查在15、20、25、30和35℃條件下,酒精廢水中小球藻的生長情況以及小球藻對酒精廢水中TN、TP和COD的去除效果。實驗結果顯示,在30℃條件下,小球藻生物量最大濃度為481200 cell...
