Cryopreservation of Seeds:Dormancy and Water Content in Pers

  本研究的目的是為了解決種子在基因庫標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和低溫儲藏下的一些關(guān)鍵問題,主要包括休眠和水分含量兩個方面的研究。盡管在低溫貯藏中,種子的休眠和水分含量是可控的,但是對于長期保存還是比較難控制的。第2章主要研究車桑子種子的物理休眠和低溫保存的可行性。更詳細(xì)地說是研究在種子保存過程中何時和用哪種方式解除物理休眠。第3章將第2章的內(nèi)容擴(kuò)展到杏仁種子的研究中,該部分的研究可以應(yīng)用于其他薔薇科物種和具有堅實內(nèi)果皮的種子。第4和5章主要研究了萵苣種子的貯藏,為其他異常型種子的保存提供了借鑒。第4章主要從降溫速率上切入優(yōu)化了種子的保存條件。第5章主要研究了低溫保護(hù)劑對種子保存的影響。主要內(nèi)容如下:本章將對種子的物理休眠和低溫貯藏的可行性進(jìn)行研究。采用車桑子(Sapindaceae)種子為研究對象,該種子具有不透水的種皮且進(jìn)行物理休眠。目前,已有的研究可以在實驗室的條件下可以對種子進(jìn)行機(jī)械劃痕、干燥、硫酸和熱水處理來改變種子的通透性從而解讀種子的休眠釋放機(jī)理,但是在自然條件下該機(jī)理還未被完全解讀。本章的主要研究內(nèi)容是理解車桑子種子在人工填埋2年后的休眠釋放機(jī)理。此外,本文還設(shè)計了種子的低溫貯藏程序。新鮮的種子...
