秸稈堆肥還田對土壤酶活性及玉米幼苗生長的影響(英文)

秸稈直接還田增加了農(nóng)作物病蟲害幾率,高溫堆肥可殺死害蟲蟲卵。因此,秸稈堆肥后還田是秸稈綜合利用的重要途徑之一。采用微宇宙法,以秸稈堆肥產(chǎn)品為供試材料,探究秸稈堆肥還田對土壤酶活性、玉米幼苗生長指標(biāo)、玉米幼苗酶活性和根系形態(tài)的影響。結(jié)果表明,秸稈堆肥激活土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、過氧化氫酶和堿性磷酸酶活性,增加玉米幼苗株高、鮮重和干重;秸稈堆肥抑制玉米幼苗的過氧化物(POD)酶活性,激活玉米幼苗過氧化氫(CAT)酶和超氧化物歧化(SOD)酶活性;秸稈堆肥浸提液可顯著提高玉米幼苗根系形態(tài)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。因此,秸稈堆肥還田激活土壤酶活性、改善了作物生長生理代謝、促進(jìn)玉米根系發(fā)育,研究成果為秸稈堆肥還田提供了重要理論支撐。
