對(duì)比研究新/老生物炭對(duì)稻田土壤葡萄糖激發(fā)效應(yīng)及微生物活性的影響

  生物炭(BC)對(duì)于水稻土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)(SOM)分解的相關(guān)影響研究十分有限。本研究旨在研究水稻土中添加新/老生物炭后對(duì)葡萄糖的激發(fā)效應(yīng)的影響。試驗(yàn)共設(shè)置十六個(gè)處理。在室內(nèi)培養(yǎng)開始前,采集未施加與施加生物炭一年后的田間土壤作為試驗(yàn)樣品。實(shí)驗(yàn)處理有:不施加生物炭的空白對(duì)照處理:control;施加老生物炭處理:aged-BC;同時(shí)施加老/新生物炭處理:A/F-BC;施加新生物炭處理:fresh-BC,各處理在施加或不施加14C標(biāo)記的葡萄糖條件下調(diào)節(jié)土壤水分進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn),土壤水分條件分為濕潤(rùn)和淹水兩種狀態(tài)。與對(duì)照相比,老生物炭土壤CO2排放量相對(duì)較高(平均26%),而新生物炭的添加降低了新生物炭土壤和新+老生物炭土壤CO2的排放量,分別為23和21%。在濕潤(rùn)和淹水條件下,老生物炭增加了微生物數(shù)量,β葡萄糖苷性,木聚糖酶和纖維二糖水解酶酶潛勢(shì),而在淹水條件下新生物炭處理降低了微生物量和酶潛勢(shì)。在濕潤(rùn)和淹水條件下,對(duì)照組添加葡萄糖后出現(xiàn)成正激發(fā)效應(yīng),分別為58和102μg C g-1。新生物炭處理中葡萄糖的添加也導(dǎo)致正激發(fā)效應(yīng),在濕潤(rùn)和淹水條件下分別為34和...
